Both product and customer service is AMAZING!
My order was too big for my 11 year old son. I actually based off the measurement from the description. I reached out to their own customer service (not via Amazon) and explained the situation. I got a replacement pretty quick! They did not ask me to ship back the wrong sized order. They know how to take care of their customer. My son used the knee pads for football. I've washed it a few times already and it's holding up so far. So yes! 5 stars indeed!

Great customer service
I bought these for my very small son to use in wrestling but they were too big, which is a shame because they were great quality. The packaging said to contact them directly for returns so I did. They handled the return wonderfully. I highly recommend buying these.

Seems to run a little large
The top of the arm wasnt a snug fit but other then that I guess it's ok.

Took me a while to find some to protect those elbows, glad I found them and they fit.

went one size down and still doesn't fit
Bought these for my 10 year old. I went down a size as people mentioned and measured the length but the issue is the width of the arm. They are still too big, slip down and do not stay up. Maybe next year? But then they might be too short...

Loose and not great material
Bought for my 9yr old son for football and it was way too big and loose, he didn’t end up getting to wear it all season. I think I got size 6yr and it was too big for my 60lb 9yr old. Material feels cheap
