ZACX Fishing Pliers, 7.6in Aluminum Alloy Plier, Braid Line Cutters Split Ring Hook Removers Fish Holder with Sheath and Lanyard

I have yet to put them through the paces... But I have tinkered around with them for a while... They appear to be well constructed and easy to maneuver. For years I have used just needle-nose pliers - Which work well enough for the most part... But I have wanted a nice pair of fishing pliers/multi-tool and decided to pick a pair and get them...Currently - My only concern is the tip of the pliers becoming twisted/misaligned and not being able to grip a hook well enough to torque when needed... But for now, they seem like a solid buy, especially for a nice price.

These are pretty nice. The issues I have are the line cutter ( main reason I bought these) is misaligned. It actually cuts into the other side when closing. Not only does this put a gouge the pliers but makes a hit or miss when cutting braid. To top it off the cutters are secured with torx fasteners that I can’t get a bit to fit. Only on one side. The other is either stripped or using a low quality fastener so I can’t adjust it to make it right. Forget ever replacing the cutters. I find this a big issue since they tout “replaceable” line cutters.Overall disappointing. This is my second set from Amazon, probably my last. Evidently the site is flooded with poor quality China made pliers. I’m ok with that but both pliers show poor quality and higher price. Live and learn. These are NOT worth $17. Not even close.

Not impressed. Doesn't provide a good grasp of split rings. Difficult to hold. Screws which hold the steel jaws onto the aluminum handles show evidence of philips screwdriver slippage, which is a pet peeve of mine.As far as grasping hooks and line, it's not too bad, but, again, because the handle is hard to hold, the task is not easy. I'm always aware that I have to put extra effort in holding onto the pliers.

Best pliers I've ever used. I have beaten the heck out of them and they still perform beautifully. The cutter will cut through 100lb braid like butter. I never leave the house without them in my vest.

Awesome pliers have not disappointed. As well as all Zacx items awesome company and gear.

Nice pliers but the jaws came loose after the second use and I lost the screws. No threadlocker and not easy to tighten either.

Excellent pliers, could be better at cutting braid however
