As shown in the picture and the width and length is quite satisfactory. Also anti skid as explained. Only I had to pull it apart to open yoga mat as it has natural rubber base, it sticks together. Not sure how much it will last but I'm quite satisfied with the product. Also the bag is small.

It does stay in place! Also feel hygeniv since one knows that it can be washed easily.However, when we do asans like putting weight on palms after sometime plams do hurt but it is tolerable and last for a few seconds.Overall serves tbe purpose also looks clean and aesthetic!

This mat skids while doing asanas. So I wouldn't recommend as long as you are using it only for meditation or for pranayama.

It is a very good alternate to PVC or TPE yoga mats and from my experience does not skid on the floor thanks to the rubber backing.But this is not suitable for those who have very dry feet as your feet will not get the grip while doing stretching yoga asanas.

Though I have just bought and used it only twice.....I am very satisfied with the product. It's quite big and broad for someone 5.6ft tall. I little thin so might hurt your knee but otherwise does the job. I also love that it came with the cover,making it very handy to carry.

Very happy with the product and quality. It's much unlike the synthetic funny smelling ones which also skid and are unsafe. This safely holds to the ground, is nicely knit fabric and great colour.

When I ordered this, I was expecting to receive a thick, sturdy, slightly coarse mat (Jamkhalam) that we use in the South and that could be used as a replacement for a rubber mat.. This is definitely not for Yoga. It feels slippery, has no cushion and other than poses that have a strong base like standing asanas or sitting asanas, I would not use it for any pose that requires major stretching and balancing.
