Delivery was on time with Amazon. Bag was in perfect condition, good quality. I am using it for laptop bag and it looks professional. One thing, I miss is the no upper handle in the laptop to grab it by hand. You have the back straps only to carry it. Overall its a good bag and I recommend it.
