Arrived and delivered as promised. The machine was very simple to assemble, two clicks of the handle ready yo work. The water capacity is the largest that I have found. It is truly a full gallon. And there’s no mixing of cleaner solution and then adding water to the line. It’s just add the water, place the separate cleaning container, plug it in, and off to a super clean carpet. You can use the deep cleaning or quick clean setting. I am overjoyed how clean and fresh my carpet smells. The machine is a bit heavy like a professional cleaner and/but is easy to push/pull. However it’s a replacement and it’s wonderful. Adding cleaning solution is a breeze, comes with its own container. Used it in one clean and had water and chemical cleaner left over to clean another carpeted room. As mentioned this machine replaced an older machine and it most significantly superior quality. I am glad I took a chance at purchasing a new machine. It is well spent money with satisfaction to say the least. I have nothing but positive words to speak. So if you want a clean carpet, want it to be done quickly, and dry quickly, this machine is all yours!!! Now go get a one!!

This carpet cleaner was a game-changer for tackling our dog's diabetes-related accidents. The setup was a breeze, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Unlike my small carpet spot cleaner, this machine effortlessly handled larger stains. I was impressed by its performance and how simple it was to empty and clean the tanks after use. While I haven't used the spot cleaner hoses yet, the main unit exceeded my expectations for larger carpeted areas. One downside was that the included cleaner bottle wasn't sufficient to fill the machine even once, so I recommend purchasing a larger bottle. Despite this, I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and find it to be great value for money.

The media could not be loaded. I am extremely happy with this carpet cleaner!It was so easy to use and didn’t hurt my back like other carpet cleaning machines do, especially the large, huge professional ones. And this one works just as good as a professional one does! And the price of this machine is so beyond reasonable! Honestly, it cost less to purchase this machine, than to rent a professional one or have someone professionally clean your carpets.(I didn't mention in the video about the attachments that came with the cleaner. But they came with a nice bag of attachments. I probably won't even use them.)In the video, I did mention you could hold down the lever to dispense the cleaning solution and then go backwards to lift the solution off the carpet. in a way you could do it that way, but I found a better way to do it. I just hold down the lever and pretend like I’m vacuuming the entire carpet holding down the lever the entire time. This dispensed suds all over the carpet then I went back and I just vacuumed it several times and it suctioned up all the solution and dirt. The process was… I first laid down the soap and then I went through about three times to suction it up for a total of going over the carpet about four times. Then, I just put hot water in the machine and turned it to rinse. I put the lever down and put the hot water all over the carpet like I mentioned before. Then I went through and I vacuumed it all up with the machine about three or four times suctioning it all out of the carpet.After I finished that, I actually repeated the process all over again. My carpets were pretty dirty. I’m going to be sure to clean my carpets every six months now and hopefully they won’t be as dirty as before.In the video, I also mentioned that you could completely take the cover off of the dirty water container to dump it, but after using it and refilling it several times to get a good clean I realized that dumping it through the spout is much easier and I can see why they have that spout now. You will need to completely take it apart to clean it when you’re completely finished using it. I cleaned several bedrooms and it’s better than a professional job! I’m so happy.It did come with a small free trial bottle of cleaning solution, but that was only enough to do one bedroom. So keep that in mind when you buy this to have a large amount of cleaning solution also on hand.I actually went through and cleaned and re-cleaned the carpets about four times! It’s hard to believe how dirty carpet gets but that’s all the reason to buy a carpet cleaning machine. People don’t normally think about cleaning carpet but only vacuuming it. Imagine all the dirt and germs that accumulate over time.Again, I am so happy to have this machine and it was worth every penny! I highly recommend. I would give it more than five out of five stars if I could!
