This Rectangular Butcher's Block is made from Bamboo wood and has a hard wearing end grain construction. The Block is a seriously chunky chopping block with high end grain construction providing a hard-wearing surface that is also kind to knives. To protect and prolong the life of the wood board, wipe occasionally with a light coating of vegetable oil (note - this will darken the colour of the wood).
