THIN AND WATERY, OVERSALTED. THE SOUP CONTAINS LESS THAN ONE-THIRD OF VEGETABLES.
I don't know if the "1 of your 5 a day" claim is true - I rather think not. What I do know is that the can contains 2.36g of salt, a ridiculously high proportion of the 6g maximum daily intake advised by the NHS. I certainly shall not be purchasing this soup again.

Watery and tasteless
It has finely chopped carrot and potato with a few peas, plus some rice. It is mainly water. Avoid.
