Nails sticking out
This is the second tea box of this kind I receive.I received the first one last week and returned it immediately because there was a nail sticking out.I received the second one today (delivery is very fast at least) only to find there there is also a nail sticking out of this one too, and a magnet missing. I'm going to keep this one because I am tired of returning these, but if I pay $30, I do normally expect to get a product that at least doesn t want to puncture my hand every time I open it...Very, very cheap, be warned

Not a particularly great product
The product looks good in terms of the actual box but the top which I initially assumed was glass (guess I didn'tknow what acrylic glass was) is plastic and not a very good one at that. You can see from my picture that it wasn't fitted properly to the lid. It manageable but not a product that I would buy again or recommend to friends and family.

Product damaged on arrival
Product came in this box, which doesn't seem damaged, and was inside a bag. I opened the product and when I removed the protective film, I noticed that the window was cracked. Product should have come in a bigger box, or was sent already damaged. Otherwise product seems fine. I want a replacement.

Not for the Perfectionist
I had this replaced 4 times and ended up settling for the 4th one. One of them had glue visible which drove me nuts, and all of them had scratched on the plastic on the right side. I don't know what's going on with these boxes that they all have scratches in the same place.I ended up keeping the least scratched one. This isn't the most expensive teabox and it is generally lovely, so depends how perfectionisty you are.

Poorly built!
This is a very beautiful box however when I opened it, I noticed the wood was dented at the opening and as I was putting in my tea bags, I noticed a blob of grease from production on the inside of the box.Not all boxes may be faulty.. Just a little disappointed as I purchased it as a gift and waited to open it and the return window had passed. If I had opened it right away, I definitely would have returned it. Buyers beware!
