I purchased this probiotics to help with insulin resistance, weight loss etc. but it has not helped even though I am watching my diet and exercising. I believe its probably beneficial as just a plain old probiotic product however what I wanted help w/ weight loss glucose & insulin resistance and it didn’t work after 2 months.

I’ve taken all sorts of proB’s with mediocre results, even the overpriced refrigerated stuff. This is been FAR superior than anything else out there.

I have had issues with bloating and inflammation for awhile now. After doing a lot of research on probiotics, I found a very good product here that works (reduces bloating and inflammation)and it isn’t too expensive. I’m buying this again.
