It’s a really comfy pillow. But the cooling part doesn’t stay cool for more then a minute or two. I’ma hot sleeper all I wanted a cool pillow but the heat from my head heats it up then it’s no longer cool. Besides for that, it’s really comfortable.

Maybe I didn't read the description well enough but pillow is similar to a firm pillow hurt my neck because it did not conform around my head

It's not perfect but I am pretty fussy when it comes to a pillow so not sure I would have found perfect anyway. It took several attempts to find a pillow I like but I think I have finally found one. My last 2 pillows have been solid memory foam, which was fine at first but after a while they end up hard. I thought I'd try goose feathers and that just ends up flat so then thought I'd try pieces of foam with this pillow and so far so good. It was too full for me to start with so it took a few nights of taking out a bit more foam to get it right but once I did it's the most comfortable pillow I have had for years. Been using it for 2 months and so far so good so hopefully it continues.
