I’ve have used many different types of paper and this is, by far, my favourite! It’s thick and the texture is just perfect for watercolour and sketching in either ink or pencil. I use a lot of water for wet on wet and this paper has never once crinkled! Quite incredible value for the quality.

Update: This is my third purchase, the latest was an amazon warehouse deal for less than half price due to some damage. On arrival the item is much less damaged than I expected, great bargain and very happy. Love this paper it is great for watercolour painting.This is amazing paper, as good or even better than much higher priced paper I have bought before. It holds a lot of water, doesn't buckle and you can use lots of layers of paint. I will definately be buying again, this is my third purchase.

Doughty's about using 100%cellulose which I haven't used before but I can say the pages are thick and a3 size, love em.

Trust me I’ve tried everything and this is the closest to Archers you will get that is affordable. I’m still only learning so spending a fortune doesn’t make sense. But I also don’t want my paper to buckle as I use a lot of wet in wet. Well this is the paper to use. It stands up to a hell of a lot of water and also some overworking abuse. (Other paper would usually begin to break up) honestly I cannot recommend this enough. This is my 3rd purchase this year and I will now always only use this.

Seriously such good paper. Im a professional artist and paint in watercolours for a living and this is by far the best value for money. This paper is even thicker than some Daler Rowney watercolour paper pads Ive used in the past. You get so much and works out roughly 60p per A3 sheet which is awesome value. This will last me a good while and will definitely be purcahsing again. Couldnt love the product more , sponsor me please lol.
