FUTURA Purus 2000W Deluxe Wall Mounted Electric Infrared Outdoor Garden Patio, Bathroom Heater, Waterproof

I purchased this heater nearly a year ago and it worked fine until last month when the heating element inside just seems to have blown up. I called my electrician as I was not sure what was the issue and it confirmed the heating element (not sure you can quite call it a bulb) is at fault. I am not happy as it is only turned on for 1 hour per day and based on their 2-year guarantee I feel it should have lasted at least another year. I am also unable to find a support number to call or a way to get a replacement sent (just the heating tube, I don't need the entire thing obviously).Anyone knows how to get in touch with their customer support team!?Valerie.

I didn't read the product information properly, just wanted a patio heater when I heard about the lockdown.It is a basic unit, designed to be an outside heater and that's it. It doesn't have remote control (who needs it?) its just a heater with a single on/off switch with 2KW bar which cannot be changed. It looks nicely made and I'm not upset that I didn't go for something double or triple the price. Its more than adequate.I could not find a stand to buy, so I have adapted the fitting brackets to sit on a no longer used photographic stand instead of screwing it to the wall. It seems a sturdy setup that gives me the ability to move it about and use it in different places.

I bought this infrared heater for my bbq shack. I have a chiminea but wanted some instant heat for when it doesn’t suit to light the fire outside. This heater is great and gives out good warmth in a matter of seconds. Great price and a good design.

We have this above our new balcony and we got it fitted by an electrician that put a timer button on. Brilliant heat and quick on/off excellent value

a great addition to my gazebo,I have mounted the heater on the stand and have to say is made from quality materials. One bar is plenty, three is too hot but come january three will be lovely.Very easy to assemble.

really simple to put together, sturdy, attractive and very good value

It's not that easy to assemble to be honest but for the price I paid it's actually a really great product.
