I thought it was 4 bottles but only received 2 for the price of 4...yeah this seller totally ripped me off.

Q: What is the Expiration date for these items?

The last 2 pack I purchased thru Amazon had an expiration date of June 2024

Q: Why are these constantly out of stock and when in stock, ridiculous prices like 39.99?

Different sellers charge different prices. Often out of stock because they are so popular during the allergy season.

Q: description says active ingredient is menthol; does it also contain the REAL active ingredient Oxymetazoline?

I'm looking at the Afrin no-drip Twin Pack Severe Congestion Maximum Strength pump mist box right now, and right at the top it says, "Metazoline HCL Nasal Solution- nasal decongestant". If yours is a different package, then I don't know- but it should state all the ingredients on the box, in any event. Hope this helps! Also, from Google: Oxymetazoline (Afrin) is an over-the-counter (OTC) nasal spray commonly used to help relieve a stuffy nose from the common cold or allergies. It can be used in adults and children 6 years and older.
