Making Money From CFD Trading: How I Turned $13K Into $30K in 3 Months Kindle Edition

This is an excellent book written in an entertaining style. The author is a human being (as distinct from a Guru). The author is also female and as a father of two grown up daughters I could understand her shopping therapy. It is a no nonsense account and guide. There are no boring details about stuff most a!ready know. I think going out there with a warts and all account of her real trades takes courage and Catherine should be congratulated. There are many books on trading but precious few showing actual achievements.

She really tries explaining her emotions and her thought process in her trading. Enjoyed reading how she dealt with the challenges of her everyday trading. It help d me to examine my own trading an what I can do to improve.I would not recommend this book for those who have never traded before. Some concepts she discusses only make sense when you have actually experienced trading on a new account. Active traders may enjoy her ideas on what she has overcome with some of her challenges that I think many traders face.Only thing I would have liked to see is more visual elements complementing her discussions of her trading decisions and setups.

Very insightful and allows would be CFD Traders to learn the pitfalls of trading, and be aware of its consequences.

It's an excellent book. Very easily written so it doesn't need any complicated mathematical problem solving skills. Good for amateurs.

This book wasn't so much a lesson on using CFDs which is what I was looking for (I should have know better from the title). It was very much about ultra short term trading which is not something I really have interest in. Reading about the emotional swings the author goes through was interesting to begin with but when she goes off to see a hyqnotherapist to deal with it I lost quite a bit of respect for her. What this book became for me was a lesson in how there really are no experts out there and more importantly how I don't want to trade when it comes to my own investing.
