Better than I expected and not just abs.
Was a bit dubious about this as one of those things being sold on late night TV with heavy advertising. But I needed something I could use to excercise legs without putting pressure through arthritic ankle. And TV ad showed the exact move I needed. Have to say it’s been brilliant for legs even though it’s primarily sold as an ab excerciser. It does abdominals well of course and also arm exercises possible. Just by putting your body in different positions you can use it for multiple muscles. If you can’t get to the gym or want to save on gym fees , or if you need to exercise your legs without weight bearing then this is worth your money. I’m a small female and have it between a third and a half way on the spring tension. If you’re a bigger guy then you’d need it on full tension.If you’re already a musclebound guy , you would find this too easy. But for most people it will be a great thing to use daily when you can’t get to the gym.

Great product, folds neatly to fit behind my sofa. Feels safe, sturdy and comfortable when using. Only downside is when using for my arms the rubber pads turn in your hand

I can't recommend this highly enough, If your balance isn't very good you can sit on the floor and work out which of the exercises are best for you.
