Does not look as pretty as the others , But it makes beef jerky in 3 hours and it is great. Taint fancy however it makes real good beef jerky. Love this and defiantly recommend this.

I was very surprised at how well this has worked out. I have done two batches of beef jerky and despite the small footprint, I was able to put an entire sliced up London broil in there and still didn't fill up all the shelves. And it was done in less than three hours. The outside did not get too warm even though it is made of aluminum. Another surprise was that it was quiet. I did have to look up how to convert the temp to farenheit and the closest I could get was 75c.

I bought this dehydrator because one of the review said it's very quiet. True, but It does make very light rattling sound when it's running.Temperature is in Celcius. If the conversion comes to 68 degree, just put it in for 70 degree.It comes with 6 racks with 2 trays.

Quite and great value. It's in Celsius but that doesn't bother me as I can Google what temps to dry at but I've found I sometimes have to time it longer than recomended but it does dry well on all levels even without rotating them but I rotate them anyways. I recommend buying food grade silicone mats for dehydrators especially for fruits and such. I would recommend to a friend and the stainless look goes great with my other appliances.

Quality product. I love that it is stainless steel, including the trays. Works as expected. One thing to be aware of, when dehydrating sweet corn, as they get drier & smaller the kernels do fall through the mesh trays. I hope at some point the manufacturer will make a finer mesh tray, for smaller items.

This is the one. Its efficient, quiet, easy to clean. I've done apples, oranges, pears, bananas, and salt. Perfect. Happy i went with this all metal dehydrator.
