The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because I haven’t used it yet. I’m new to the hair braiding world so I don’t have anything to compare it to. That being said the product looks exactly like the picture. It does have a bit of a factory smell but nothing offense unless you really stick your nose in it. Doesn’t feel soft or rough just kinda normal. I would recommend they also give u a little baggy of hair tie accessory’s that are super cute.
