Fun and Educational
For a bright 2 year old, this was a very engaging and educational gift. She got the idea very quickly and easily spent an hour opening and closing each egg, organizing, matching colours and numbers, memorizing position in the holder, etc. Relatively simple toy but a lot of value here.

Worth to buy
Very good quality, even the egg tray is very strong. Strong enough for a 2 year to stand on it. Easy to use for the young one while keep the eggs whole when they are in a bucket.

4 years later and they’re still using them!
I bought these for my children when they were 2 and 6 and now they are 6 and 10. They have played with the eggs multiple times this week. There’s color matching, counting, patterns… just learning how to use their hands to open and shut the eggs too! They were using them for pretend play today (they like the carton and being able to “crack” them open like real eggs) to feed their stuffed animals. My younger child has mostly mastered the numbers and colors, but my child that is 10 has special needs and it still helps reinforce the need to count the pegs and/or holes or use the colors to put the eggs back together. It’s an easy way to teach that there are 12 in a dozen as well.Anyway, super durable. Really versatile. Easily cleaned up if need be. My kids really love them andI think it’s a great item to buy for your children, preschool or K classroom, daycare, or as a gift.
