This blade works perfectly
I have a 1979 18" mulching push mower purchased from True Value with a very unique type of blade. I searched high and low including contacting the manufacturer with no luck. One of the adapters that comes with this normal looking straight blade allowed for a perfect fit and balance is perfect. If anyone has an old 18" mower this blade will work. Thanks , as it turns out the mower was probably the best thing I paid $69 for. Runs and cuts like new again thanks to the adaptable blade.

Hard to find in stores
I accidentally bent my mower blade and shortly after discovered how hard it is to find an 18-inch blade in any big box store. Thank goodness this company makes this hard to find size. Have had no troubles with the blade, cuts as expected.

almost fits honda 18 in mower model hr-194
Almost fits my old honda 18 in mower. The curve of blade is too long and doesn't sit flat once bolted. Honda uses 2 bolt holes to secure on mower, so the middle hole is just a hole. The 2 slits is just a hair smaller and had to use a round file to enlarge so securing bolts can go thru & mount. The blade pitch better than original and throws grass clippings into bag even when a little wet. Original oem blade part# va5-810

Doesn’t fit
Can return, doesn’t fit. Tried the day they showed up and found out returns are not accepted… would give zero stars but it’s not allowed.Frustrating

Exactly what I needed
I've got a very old and very small lawn mower. It was my mother-in-laws mower. She bought it in the 1970's from Montgomery Wards. I was was so happy to find a replacement blade that FITS. A big thank you to The MAXPOWER Store. And, YES, this mower works great.

NOT Returnable
This Item is not returnable. Gave it 3 stars because it's really an Amazon issue. Make sure you hover your mouse over the Return Policy area where it says "Eligible for refund or replacement". That is the default text, it does NOT apply to this item. If you put your cursor over that default text and a pop-up will appear telling you this is not returnable, clearly a deceptive situation. Also, it's not a mulching blade but it looked well made.

The swath diameter is 18" measured between the cutting edge tipsthrough the retaining bolt hole center.

Great quality and fit
Snug fit on my 18" Aldi 60751 lawn mower. Construction seems better than the original blade, and seems sharper too.

Didn't fit my electric lawnmower
Purchased for my Black and Decker cordless electric lawn mower. I discovered that it has a different type of connection than gas mowers. Amazon accepted my return with no issues.

Not a mulching blade and doesn't fit Black and Decker
Blade needed sharpening. It was too wide to fit on my Black and Decker electric mower. Not really a mulching blade either.Very disappointed.
