Battle Rope Polydac Undulation Rope Exercise Fitness Training - 2" Width Avail. in 30ft, 40ft, 50ft Length Black

Saw many of the youtubes on battle ropes, I'm very far from in the good shape they are. I'm 6'3" and 66 yrs old. Way too many hours at my computer 24/7. I'm surprised how heavy this rope is, it weighs about 30 lbs. Its actually 2" in diameter and 50 ft long. Its soft, some kind of synthetic rope. The heat shrink ends are very thick and tough and probably will never come off. I took this rope out to our common driveway, plenty of space there. Wrapped it around a brick column and started swinging it around like in the videos. I could see immediately that this rope will have me very built up in time. It will take me a few weeks to build up my endurance with it, after only a minute, my arms were hurting. I figure I'll use it every other day to give my muscles a day of rest. I'll include more in this note in the near future. Really happy to have found something that will do a full body workout. If ever this rope seems too light, I can always buy another rope like this and attach them in parallel to each other. That would take a long time to build myself up that far. Anyone who masters this rope will be one tough gorilla. It would be perfect for fire fighters, they keep themselves very tough.I'll include more details here as soon as I know more.

Hell yeah. This is the rope you're looking for great price, great product. And seriously who is buying these things and slamming them on the floor and expecting them to not fray after some time. It's just not going to happen people. Get something to put under it while in use. I happened to have a big piece of extra carpet that was laying around. I know not everyone will have something like that but if you want it to last use a floor mat or get creative. Just don't use concrete and expect it to stay perfect. Research which thickness is best for you im around 180 lbs with a good amount of muscle and the 2 incher is just right for me between sets and exhausting myself at the end.

I bought the 40' 2inch rope and it is intense. I'm in decent shape and it's kicking my butt. The material is flexible and soft- it just seems less rigid than other ropes I have seen. Nevertheless, I expect the rope to last me a few years- great price. I needed to mix in some low impact exercises and this rope has helped a ton.

Great rope, like the covering on the ends. The sleeve migrates too much to really be effective. I haven't tried to secure it to the rope to stop it from moving, but I'm not seeing an issue with the rope wearing from the wall mount. I ordered a 30' 2" rope thinking it would take most of the garage bay length and be as heavy as a 50' 1.5" The 30' doesn't take as much room as I thought it would so you could probably get away with a 50' in the garage if that's your set-up. Mount it securely as it can flex the whole wall during use. Haven't experienced any shedding or fraying, very happy so far.

The rope is of high quality and so far it's still in great shape. I wish I had bought the 30' instead of the 40' though because it is very long and it takes up a lot of space in my garage. And if I had done my research, I would have gotten the 1.5" thick instead of the 2" because I'm more familiar with the 1.5" which is the thickness I've used with my trainer.

I have used them 2 days now and love these ropes. I am doing 10 minutes each day 4x a week using a few exercises I learned on YouTube. I really hate regular boring cardio stuff and battle ropes are definitely not boring cardio.I did alot of research and Amazon has the best deal for 50"ft ropes.
