Great Cajun inspired rub
Awesome rub!!! Great taste, but it doesn't have that much heat. Since my wife isn't really a fan of spicy things, I used this on the alligator I smoked a few weeks ago. I discovered a love of smoking things, my wife found out that we could get a whole alligator shipped to our house, and this happened. Since it wasn't cheap, I tried a bunch of different rubs so I could find one that she'd like. This one was great. It's got good Cajun flavor without heat that's there just to be hot.
