If you are looking for weight loss this is NOT the product. It is a good cleanse so you may be able to lose 2 or 3 pounds. The taste is hard to tolerate.

Did nothing even with a low carb diet

Don't make the mistake I did by falling for these. Ketone salts can't get to a high enough concentration in these products to make a difference. It's a total rip off and tastes like icing sugar to boot.

VERY sweet as other reviewers have noted. I add it to a large quantity of water and maybe a bit of coconut milk, ice and blend it. It is a sweet dreamsicle shake. The important thing is that it works. If I've over-carbed, this puts me back into ketosis quickly. I gave it 4 stars because it is SO expensive.

Tastes like orange Julius, it made me a little nauseous but that may have been the mct (although I didn't get nausea from straight mct, or other powdered mct). Very handy to have packet to go.My husband uses it also without any ill effects and it seems to work better for him.
