For reference the brushes I own are MAC, Sigma, BH Cosmetics, Eco Tools & Real Techniques & a dual ended Kat Von D brush I got years back.These really truly do remind me of the Kat Von D synthetic brushes. Not a fan of her but the dual sided brush I bought years back so I figured I'd keep it because I really do like the brush. The synthetic hairs on those brushes are identical to the synthetic hairs on THESE. (which is amazing)I prefer synthetic brushes & goat hair generally over any other type so these really worked well for me.I used the largest face brush to dust ELF HD loose powder on my face to set my foundation: worked great!I used the flat contour face brush to contour with my Inglot Sculpting powder: worked great! Same contour I get when using my MAC 109.I used the smaller angled face brush to apply blush: not my favorite brush for blush but worked. Just had to work a little more because of how small the brush is in comparison to my cheek but it did the job.I also used the smaller round face brush to apply blush: worked a lot better! Loved it. Not as much effort needed.I used the smallest tapered face brush to apply my Jeffree Star Ice Cold highlighter: worked AMAZING.Then the eye brushes worked fabulous as well. There's too many to describe what I used each for but basically this set is worth getting.I definitely will be checking out more from this company.

I am very happy I have these brushes. I have only needed to use certain brushes thus far, but I am not disappointed at all. These brushes do not shed at all when applying product. I washed all of them before using and there was minimal shedding. I would recommend.

These are super soft and get the job done!! There is a brush for every single makeup product: eyeshadow, eyeliner, lips, contour, foundation, etc. They have a strong smell but no worries, once you wash them they are fine. I recommend them if you are a beginner!

These brushes are wonderful! I originally bought 2 sets in black, as a Christmas gifts, for my daughters. I have been a professional makeup artist for years and I have bought, every high end brush brand, that you can think of. In the professional world, it’s considered taboo, to buy sets. When building your collection, the brushes should be purchased a la carte. I wasn’t looking for something spectacular though, for my girls, just something simple. I was stunned at the quality of these brushes! They’re soft, well balanced, feel great in your hand, the bristles are densely packed and shaped perfectly, the ferrule is tight on the bristles and wood handle, they apply makeup smoothly and evenly, there is no makeup fall out. When washed, there wasn’t even, one fiber, that fell out. Which is AMAZING and definitely, unexpected! There is two downsides, though. The brushes individually, were packaged well. Each individual brush, had a plastic net, to keep the bristles shaped correctly and in a thin plastic bag, to prevent scratches. However, they arrived in a padded envelope and not boxed. Obviously, not a good idea as a shipping choice. They also had a smell, but you should never use brand new brushes, anyway, without cleaning them. The smell wasn’t anything a good brush cleaning couldn’t get rid of. After looking over each brush, with a hawk’s eye, I decided to keep them and give them as the gifts, anyway, due to the quality. I also, decided to buy 2 more sets, in red. One for my daughter in-law and one for ME. That should tell you something about the quality. This time when they arrived, they were in the brand’s box, sealed in plastic. Each individual brush was packaged the same way, as above. The each box itself, was bubble wrapped and in an Amazon box, with the air filled, packing pillows. Why they were packaged differently, I don’t know or understand. They still had a smell, but once again, a good cleaning, took care of that. So, considering the packaging on the first order, don’t order them in black. Even with the packaging issues and smell, I’m still giving these 5 stars. The quality that you are getting is outstanding and I’m shocked by the price!

I got my brushes two days ago and am absolutely loving them. Keep in mind that I have only used cheaper brushes and have only recently started looking into better products and tools for makeup. I recently did a bit of research and found that there are times when you want a natural bristle and others when you want synthetic. This set contains both. I also read that you want soft brushes. These are soft without being floppy. In addition, there are a couple of stiffer small brushes for those applications that call for that, such as blending eye liner pencil. The one brush I wish was included is a fan but I can easily buy one by itself. My last consideration is looks - yeah I know that sounds shallow - but if your brushes are sitting out, you want them to be pretty, right? I wasn't thrilled with the picture of red and gold. They just aren't my colors, but the black looked blah so I ordered the red. I was so happy to see that these are more of a burgundy than red. They are beautiful in their crystal jar on my vanity. Don't hesitate if you are on the fence. These are certainly well worth the low price for the entire set.

This is a great set for many reason. First of all they have very soft and dense brush heads. I couldn't stop running my fingers through the larger brushes. This leads me to the second plus, I noticed very little to no shedding. Seriously, after many attempts only a few hairs have come loose. The set does have a strong odor upon opening but, goes away after washing. This set gives you 27 brushes for 23$, that's less than a dollar a brush. Most brushes I've gotten on the cheap do not feel or perform the way these do. The handles are on the light side but I find they are still well balanced and comfortable. I'm very happy with the overall quailty of these brushes. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking for a start up set or just wanting to add more range of variety to your current brushes.

I just love this brush set.. Packing also very gd.. But I throught that brush with box.. But its only brushes so that's quite disappointed me... But overall very good quality products. I'm recommended to all..

Received these pretty fast and tried them today! Omg they are amazing. Really great quality brushes at a fraction of the price. The brushes pick up pigment really well and deliver nicely.Would definitely recommend!I had ordered the best seller Anjou brushes on Amazon but will be returning those as these are much better quality

Great brushes. The value is fantastic. I was looking for a set of travel brushes as I dont like to bring my expensive set when im going out of town. These brushes went beyond my expectations. Very great variety of brushes, soft, fluffy, and I have not experienced any shedding.They were packaged well and clean even came with mesh wraps to keep them in shape.Honestly could not be more impressed with this set and I have started to rotate them in with my main brush set, thats how much i like them!

Haven't used them yet, as I was cleaning the brushes but they seem great so far. They come in a plastic package and the brushes are individually packed with a mesh sleeve covered by plastic which keeps the brush clean and no stray hairs or bends in the brush. Was impressed with the softness but not impressed with the smell from the brushes. It was very chemical like and definitely not about to put that on my face with that smell. Cleaned them with a brush cleaner but the smell was still there, so I recommend a baby shampoo or a scented brush cleaner that you like. Not one that you spray and you wipe the brush on a towel but actually cleaning with water and lathering them up and leave to dry. The smell was definitely better after I did that and let it dry naturally. The brushes are really soft and I was really impressed they didn't shed when I was washing them or testing the bristles on my arm. The white bristled brushes for the eyes are a little more stringy I find, just unlike the others they have a few strands that stick out but it's not very noticeable. The delivery was fast and it's great it comes with a small instruction book for what each brush does. Would be a little more helpful if they had the name or something on the handle for those more inexperienced with brushes but good product overall. Only lost a star overall because of the smell.

Just got these, and just by looking and feeling alone I am quite pleased with the purchase. I especially like the face brushes, but the eyeshadow brushes I’m not sure about, I feel like a lot of the brushes are similar. Personally I would prefer more blending brushes (you get 5) vs the 5 small packing brushes in the set. They are nice and soft though.

If you are a beginner then this is your go to brushes. It comes with a mini guide as which brush to use when and with labels to stick on the brushes. It’s a life saver. Don’t have a doubt. Purchase it. Totally worth the price.

I love this product! I’ve had them for almost 5 months now and they are still in amazing condition! I use them almost every day and they look like they’ve never been touched! They wash easily and nicely as well! Would highly recommend!!
