This product does give my knees some relief from pain. It does not last the entire day. I may get a little heartburn from it. I’m going to keep taking it to see if I get more relief the longer I take it. The price allows me to try it, unlike some of its competitors.

I am a big short woman and walk with a cane or walker. I was unable to walk back and forth (200 feet each way) without incredible pain for days. I did not follow instructions as I was trying another brand earlier. So I started with 3 capsules in the morning and 3 at night for 3 weeks. then I slowing reduced intake by 1 from 6 total to 5 every 2 weeks, then 4. I have been hand turning over the soil out back for planting for several hours a day and while I ache a little , it is nothing compared to the incapacitating pain I suffered before. Thank you so this wonderful product.

I had been taking a competitor's product for many years, but those were getting quite expensive. I tried one month of this because it cost less. I'm sorry I did. Within a couple weeks of taking this product, an old shoulder injury started hurting when it hadn't hurt while I was taking the competitor's pills. I stopped taking this as soon as I received my new order of the competitor, and within a few days my shoulder wasn't hurting nearly as much and it's getting better. It takes a couple weeks to feel the benefits of the natural product. I'm going back to the competitor that I had been taking because they work for me!

I didn’t expect much from this product. So many fish oil type claims out there regarding inflammation and arthritis help and they never did a thing for me. But, I decided to try these a few months ago anyways. I have bad arthritis in my knees. Yesterday I was looking desperately for something I lost and decided it might be under a cabinet or possibly under the bed. I found myself crawling on my hands and knees around the room looking under things. It wasn’t until later that I realized that my knees didn’t hurt when I was crawling. I haven’t been able to put weight on my knees like that for 20 or 25 years! It’s got to be this stuff because I’m not doing anything else new. I have stomach issues and can’t take anti inflammatory drugs. I highly recommend this product. Take it for a few months before you decide.
