Great value. Time will tell.
So far so good. I was a little sceptical because of the low price but once I received it I am satisfied with its function. The vinyl case might be a little on the chinsy side but the actual meter seemed to be every bit as substantial as any other. I was in particular need of the clamp on DC amps. It works flawlessly and as accurately as I can tell. The meter all so has a live wire detector built into the clamp; an unexpected bonus!

Did not come with English instruction booklet
Multimeter performs as advertised, however, coming from China the instructions are written in Chinese. Could have included an English instruction booklet in the package in my opinion.

... I expected. This 210E is a beast. It has all the function I want in a DVM. It holds up well through physical abuse, and performs (probably) as well as equipment twice its price. This is a recommended buy if you don't already have a favorite make/model you want.
