Goosebumps HorrorLand - PlayStation 2

After trying several times to get my hands on this game at video game stores or even resellers online and getting SCAMMED by RetroVgames online store I finally landed on this one. WORKS PERFECT and cheaper than I expected. Used to play this when I was a kid. The nostalgia it brought back 😭

Great game, I'm 29 now and when I was a kid my twin brother and I use to watch the goosebumps series everyday after school on fox channel right after Simpsons.This was a great game idea,I love carnival games and in this game there is a lot of them.I love the fact there is a way to have multiple players. I was so Jones out on soda and tea that I texted everyone I know about this game.

My son is a huge fan of the Goosebumps TV show, so he had to have this game. He and his dad enjoy playing this game. You walk around the town and play many different games. You have to earn bronze, silver or gold to reveal new games. It's just hard enough to not be boring and to not frustrate anyone.

I liked this game. The graphics are really good and when the characters talk they talk (you can hear them, not just read the caption). You can either be a boy or a girl when playing the game. The games are carnival like games with a twist. Some are really hard to do though because you have to do perfect on just about all of them to move on which is kinda annoying. There were some games that I totally preferred to do more but the score would stay the same because once you do perfect on one ride you can't get any more points from doing that one ride, you have to move on and do better on the other rides. Some rides are just difficult to do, the controls are fine but sometimes the controls are iffy with some rides that require precision, like if you are on a roller coaster and you have to shoot at targets, but those rides are confusing because you can't tell what you're supposed to shot at.Overall, it's a good game, but keep in mind that you can't just play some games over and over to get a higher score, you do have to move on. Also, there are two golf games and the first one is okay, but the other one is really hard. I actually haven't finished it yet because of that one thing.

I recieved this right away and I played it to make sure my son would be able to play it. I love the game myself but this will be my oldest sons christmas present this year. This game is really cool for kids that love the movie.

I am a veteran gamer and a father, to begin with. I liked this game a good deal. I finished it in a day but the mini games are surprisingly skill-oriented and were genuinely fun for the most part. The mood is spooky and fun with an emphasis on humor...bad humor. That is part of the charm though, and invokes memories of "One Day at Horrorland". I recommend this one.
