Just what I was looking for. Stays in place while being glued down.

Works but scuffed
This lip works well. It came rolled and was pretty tough to straighten out. I put 45 pound plates on it for two days to straighten it out. Now it lays down flat. I haven't even glued it down yet and it stays in place fairly well. I'm only giving 4 stars because it had quite a few scuffs on it straight out of the box; even though it's brand new, it already looks old.

Nice, but no fit.
Didn't fit the tiles. The exact tiles advertised. Had to cut the track to make it fit, and adhesive.
