Great toy
My grandson loves it in the pool and the bath great value for money

Poor motor mechanism
Tried winding it up on first use in the bath for the toddler and mechanism keeps slipping, poor quality. Not worth the hassle in returning through Amazon as I would have to go out my way to return and be out of pocket.

Looks cool, but doesn't really work in the water
Ordered this item as a joke present for my boyfriends birthday. It looks amazing, and is great if you just want it to float around the bath but the propeller doesn't work when it is in the water, you wind it up and as soon as it hits the water it doesn't move let alone go "high speed". It is still a really cool item and relatively cheap but if you're buying this for kids and expecting it to motor around the bath then this isn't necessarily the toy for you.

Does work
It does work and looks nice.It's not exactly fast... It says on the packet "high speed".... Also cannot cope with bubble bath, if it hits bubbles it's not able to proceed into that, enough to stop it in the water.Hmmm.... If I was waiting for this rescue boat to arrive and help me, by the time it puttered up to where I was, I'm not sure I'd still be there. I might be better off waiting for a Zimbabwean ox-cart ambulance.On the other hand, any rescue boat is better than no rescue boat. ;)
