Pathetic service network
Writing review after 3 months used, the product is fine but no service network. When you looking for a period service or service on defect also no one is there to do in the field... Like if you buy you can use 3 to 6 months. Don't expect any service...

There is leakages from the body of UV purifier. Iam not getting and customer care number or company number. It is in one warranty as well as one year extended warranty.Please , get it rectified urgently

The media could not be loaded. Very bad after sale service practically no, after sale service, they are just wanting to loot money in the name of after sale service. We bought a machine one month back and water started leaking from it and they want service charges for the same technician speak highly in a rude manner when try to confront, request not to buy the product
