This is a very solid unit. Works great. Limiter connection may cause some confusion on some stove models. For some DIY, when connected the same way, as on the picture taken before removal of the original unit, the new one may not work. Wires removed from 1a of the old unit has to be connected to 1a of the new one, 1b to 1b, 2a to 2a, 2b to 2b. The letters on limiter are very small, but needed to be read.

This burner fit my stove perfectly. It only took a few minutes to install and worked immediately.

Seemed a bit smaller than the original. That made the installation a little trickier.

The burner worked fine for about 6 days, on the seventh day the hot surface light came on and never went off, so either I received a defective part or the quality of this product is so bad that it only last for about a week. The reason I know is this burner is because the light goes off when I disconnect it. I looked for a link to contact the seller directly but I didn't find one, maybe there is a way I just couldn't find it, that's why I opted to write this review maybe they will see it and contact me to make things right.Update:I was contacted by the seller the next day after posting this review and they agreed to send me a replacement, I didn't even have to return the defective part, I guess that's common practice for most Amazon orders.I just received the replacement today so I installed it right away and as expected it fixed the problem.Based on the positive interaction I had with the seller and that it took less than I expected to receive the replacement, I will be upgrading this review from 1 star (which I think it was to harsh on my part to begin with) to 5 stars. Time will tell if it was a defective or a poor quality part, I might write another update on that, but based on my first experience and on the price I'm getting the feeling that is going to end up being the latter.

Bought this to replace burner for my elderly parents Kenmore stove. Worked properly when first installed and verified by my brothers. First time my 95 year old father used the burner it shorts out, loud pop, and does not work. Going back to used parts vs OEM part replacement number.

I purchased this burner as a replacement for the stove my Mother has. She was tempted to replace the entire stove, having heard stories of the other burners going bad shortly after installing a replacement. I convinced her to at least try one replacement before throwing out the old stove and we have both been pleased with result of Funmit unit. Maybe the upgrade was a much needed improvement.

As previous posts stated the wiring does not plug in as the old burner. It is easy to figure out. Works great. Can't address longitivity. Just installed burner 2 days ago. Oh yeah it arrived 3 days early too.

Arrived quickly, perfecty replacement to the original frigidaire part. A bit expensive I find as I am sure I could not sell the whole stove for much more that the part but worth the cost if it save the stove for another few years. We will see.... So far so good.

Almost a direct replacement for my Kenmore range(slightly different connection). Entire job took 15 minutes with only a Philips screwdriver and 1/4 inch nut driver. Saved over 200,00$ on a service call.Update: after a few days use the "Hot Surface" warning light stayed on for hours after shutting the burner off. Now it stays on all the time. Not worth the trouble to exchange the burner, but be advised.
