Works like a champ!
The product is great, the instructions are lacking. Website description stated built in check valve and instructions states you need to install one. I installed one at the pump and at 50’. I know now it does have a check valve and I could have saved the money, it is underground now. The ground wire is a little difficult to get into the wire channel and screw cover back on. This will most likely fail over time due to direct contact with dissimilar metal and in water. The pump brings up water without issue and does lose pressurre.

Poor documentation
The manual is a joke with extremely poor English using many many incorrect words. I got it installed yesterday and it ran fine the first day, today it's had trouble starting. You can hear the motor getting current but the capacitor start isn't kicking in to run the motor. I'm hoping it just needs more breaking in, or it may be junk, will see... The internal check valve didn't work and I had to pull the pump and install an external one., Update, the pump has been running fine now for 2 days since it failed to start, will keep an eye on it and report any change.ok, third day the start capacitor is shot have to go find a new one.

Great on electric utilities but pump needs help
I’m very handy so didn’t need the manual, which I saw had bad reviews anyway. Motor would come on, but it took a rubber mallet a couple taps at the head to free up the pump. I use it to keep my pond level up. Every time I turn it off though I have to redo the mallet skit. If quality pumps didn’t suck up so much electricity I’d throw this hunk of junk in the trash!

Came in pieces, thermal overload is garbage
Put the pump in. Overload would trip before pressure was reached. Had to bypass overload to get pump to work properly

Poor quality, waste of money.
We installed this pump in July of 2022. It is now January 2023, and the pump is failing. Our last pump lasted 10+ years, and we know it was installed correctly. Very, very disappointed. We didn't realize there was no warranty. So now, in the middle of winter, we have to replace it.

Pumps great but
Received pump in timely manner . Works great so far only tested and ran small amount . The only issue is the wiring is too small for the length they have on the pump and the 15 amp reset overheats and trips very quickly . Changed the reset shortened the wire works fine .

Pump does not work do not buy. No warranty’s no returns. Total crap.
Purchased this pump on March 6 2020 for our cottage wanted a small HP pump as we use solar for powerInstalled per instructions with a 1 check valve. It pumped up to 40 psi then stoped. We drained the pressure tank and tried again and it pumped to 30 psi and stopped. Drained off pressure again and started pump and got 0 pressure. Pulled the pump out of the lake and it was hot to the touch. Not very satisfied with this pump as we will have to buy a replacement. Can we get our money back?
