I use this on my toes, especially in winter when my skin gets real thin and my socks and gym shoes rub my feet raw from the plastic in the shoes and the polyester in the socks. This adheres very well, literally stays on until you take it off even after getting wet and helps a great deal with sensitivity. I recommend.

After reading about the benefits of nasal-breathing over mouth-breathing, I turned to Amazon in search of a mouth taping solution for sleeping. While I found several options specifically for this purpose, they all seemed over-priced. I then found several reviews for this silicone tape where people mentioned it worked well for mouth taping for sleeping. I ordered the tape and must say, I love it! The tape is segmented in about 1/2 inch pieces so you exactly take as much or as little as you need and you don't need scissors to cut it. The tape also adheres well, but it is not too strong, so it is very easy to remove, leaves no residue and causes no skin irritation. The tape also keeps its adhesiveness even once removed, so you can get up in the middle of the night, have drink of water, and then put the tape back on. Anyone also looking for medical tape that adheres well, but does not irritate or damage sensitive skin should check it out. Also with three rolls per box this is a great deal for the price. I ordered my first box about 31/2 months ago and just came back to order my second, as I have just started the third roll. So you will likely only need to order no more than three boxes a year for mouth-taping. If you are considering mouth-taping for sleeping, I highly recommend this tape.

I've tried several different mouth tapes and found this one to be the best combination of economical and the perfect level of stickiness. Others are either ridiculously overpriced, don't stick well, stick too much (resulting in painful removal), or leave residue upon removal. This one applies easily, is very comfortable, able to be reapplied (if you don't get the positioning right the first time), and removes without pain. With the perforation you can use as long of a strip as you need and no more. Highly recommend.

If I were to describe the material of this tape in one word, it would be akin to the protective film on a new car's screen, but with added adhesiveness. It's divided into sections like the compartments of a roll of toilet paper, making it easy to tear off just the right amount by hand. However, it doesn't adhere well to areas that are already moist, such as sweaty skin or lips. Additionally, once removed, it doesn't stick as well the second time.

I decided to try mouth taping after hearing about it for awhile. I was going to buy the specialty, single use, pre cut tape that I saw advertised but they were all so expensive.Luckily I came across this tape. I was worried that the width would be too small and considered getting the 2 inch size but the 1 inch works perfectly. The length is perfect because it's easy to rip any length with the perforated lines. It stayed on all night (I even put it back on after drinking water) yet it was easy to peel off in the morning. I sleep much better now and wake up less frequently.

I have tried a few others and this tape is the best. It is easy to use. Perforations make a perfect tear. You can adjust or re-tape. It comes off without pain. I have very thin skin and this tape is painless. Glad I found it.

Third time buying this brand, haven’t had any problems until now. The box was already opened (probably a return) and the product was damaged. Probably wouldn’t care as much if it weren’t for the fact that the tape goes on my skin and now just seems less sanitary.

Box was beat up but product still new. Not ideal for fresh surgery scars since it's rlly sticky but for 1 yr+ like mine it's super good to prevent scar stretching. Sticks to more oily skin types while other brands start peeling after 1 day, this lasted 5! Plus cheaper than other silicone tapes

Je l’utilise pour dormir la bouche fermée pendant la nuit et j’adore. Reste collé toute la nuit même avec ma crème hydratante, se coupe facilement à la main, pas irritant pour la peau et se décolle sans douleur. Je recommande.

Usando la cinta para dormir , no amanezco con la boca seca y no me da sed durante la noche . Además me dicen que ya no ronco fuerte ;Me dicen que si acaso, hago ruiditos a veces Tenía un poco de apnea pero usando la cinta evito usar el CPAP nasal , con el cual me despierto con la boca seca .,

This didn’t work for me. The frequent perforations meant it kept separating over my wound and coming apart into sections. Thus not really suitable for a longer wound especially on areas that move.

Using for mouth taping at night. Gentle on skin.
