Been taking this for about 2 weeks so far, 2 capsules every morning and I haven't needed energy drinks or coffee to feel energized. I think it's still too early to determine weight loss potential but honestly I sit at a desk all day long with minimal physical activity other than an occasional trip around the inside of the building which certainly isn't something that raises my heart rate. I've been using this product for a little over a week I was worried about side affects though the ingredients are all natural but, I have had no side effects honestly I feel nothing it's like I'm not taking anything which is good as far as side effects go. They're great for supressing your appetite but, I haven't lost any weight maybe if I try them a little longer and try exercising the results will be different

This works pretty good but only when I take two pills. I feel no different when I take just one tab. Giving it 4 stars because I'm starting to see results from a week ago when I switch to two tabs after not seeing any changes with 1 tab. I definitely have more energy and go go longer at the gym and for my runs.

This stuff is of great value and it seems to be working..,I gave 4 stars because I'm not sure if it will work in the long run haven't use it for long. So far so good. I feel energy burst after taking it....also have not felt a crash. Like the ingredients too.

I like the product but the ad was misleading. I have bought from ads with the same style pic and received as many bottles as was shown. Other than that, it was nice to see me weigh less than 150.
