Lots of knots
Too many knots in wool which resulted in running out before I finished product. Customer services refused to sell me one ball to finish cardigan so I had to buy 6 more. No help at all. Won't buy from them again

Overall the product is very good and is easy to crochet with. But in the yarn there are knots where it’s different bits of yarn tied together. So make sure to check the yarn before you use it when making a project.
