My friends dad was a scientist and huge workout fiend. He recommended this powder as having clean ingredients and being less processed than other brands. Doesn’t have a taste and is making my gains more apparent. I add it to my protein smoothies and can’t tell a difference! No chalky or grainy after taste.

LOVE it, no taste and easily dissolves in liquid. I use it in my coffee and not taste or grit at all (just stir and good)

Love this creatine. Dissolves well and is actually flavorless. It’s a good value for the price and has helped me with recovery from workouts. It’s also forced me to drink more water which has helped across the board with my skin, joint pain, and haven’t had any issues with bloating. I subscribe and will continue to!

First time taking creatine and since I was already familiar with Promix I obviously chose them. Honestly they have to be one of the best out there! clean ingredients, works well. the only thing is it didnt dissolve well but I think that might have been my fault since i think i was using a smaller cup and not enough water !😹

I had high hopes for this product because i really like their protien powder, however i wish i would have went with another brand. Not sure if the packets I ordered were defective, but the grid where you tear them was way too high and didn’t open the packets at all. Quite a few of them went to waste because I tried, they just split right down the middle, so i always had to cut them open with scissors. Didn’t notice any changes in muscle growth or strength. They did mix pretty well in water and had no funny smell or taste. I will probably stick with regular capsules— way less of a pain to deal with and less expensive.
