I came across a video that had advertised these cooking bandanas and immediately put them in my cart! I have an English Black Lab, which means she has more fur then the standard black lab. In the summer she pants so much to the point her neck is soaked with drool. I immediately put one of these on her and besides how pretty she looked, she didn’t pant near as hard for near as long!! I ordered the one with the cherry bandana in the package and they fit her perfect with even enough room for my whole hand! If I had to order again I would find the one with the cooling gel inside the bandana but I love how light weight they are on her neck, even when they are wet!! Also it’s a fun bandana to wear out and about and I get so many compliments on them!

We have a husky mix who absolutely loves to run, but during the summer I’m always worried about her overheating because of her thick coat. Even with brushing and shedding, it’s just naturally super thick and warm. I originally bought them for her to help her cool after we take her for a run, and they worked great and seemed to help her cool down quickly. Lately I’ve been running them under cool water and putting them on her before a run, and I think it’s made a huge difference for her. She doesn’t like it at first when it’s just a wet bandana hanging on her neck, but once we start running she doesn’t even notice, and I’ve seen a significant improvement in how warm she seems to get during a run.The bandanas seem like they might tear eventually, but they’re holding up well so far for how frequently we use them, and I would definitely buy more.

My pup has black fur and gets very hot in the sun. I wanted to get her something we could easily soak in water and throw on her back if we are out in the heat. These bandanas are PERFECT. They are a great size, she has a pretty skinny neck so there's room to grow in these, but I imagine you could get them on even a very large pup. The patterns are really cute and summery. The material is thin but its supposed to be. I would definitely recommend these.
