Dry and not tasty
Great packaging and elegant box but moon cakes were dry and bland, even flavorless. I am still perplexed as to what was custard-like with these moon cakes despite the name. Not worth the price.

Disappointed
The mooncakes arrived mostly damaged (look at the photo). They were suppose to be a gift for someone. Of course, that's not possible anymore. Also, the mooncakes cost about $50. It's overpriced for poor quality mooncakes. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend

so the cakes were none the worse for wear
The package arrived fast and was well-cushioned inside, so the cakes were none the worse for wear, despite getting jostled about and sitting in very hot weather during the three-day shipping period. a nice gift bag is included with the box, which is sturdy and decorative.I have one complaint, however: THESE CAKES ARE SO SMALL. Despite that, I won't deduct a star in my overall rating, because they are also delicious. Each cake is about two bites' worth of soft, creamy decadence, and it is very difficult to stop at just one. Fortunately, Kee Wah Bakery seems to have the most reasonable price available on Amazon for this style of mooncake, so you probably won't feel too guilty about ordering two boxes instead of one. To get a better deal, you'd probably have to make them yourself or actually go to a shop in Hong Kong during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Pricey, but worth the quality.
I use to have mini custard mooncakes every mid-autumn when I was younger in Hong Kong from a fancy hotel. I've missed them since I moved back to the US. These definitely delivered on taste to what I remembered; and I'm very happy for it. Yes, these are pricey for the amount you get, but for me, it was worth it for the memories and taste! Plus, mid-autumn festival is once a year, so even if you can't live on the memories like I do, you should still get them for the quality.Note, they pack it pretty well for shipping, but these are pretty delicate little pastries, so don't be surprised if you find one or two shattered.

Fancy as a gift, poor as a favor
This moon cake is great for a gift if you are planning to give it to your friend. However, it does not taste good. I gave it to my mom in law, and it disappoint me and my family. does not come with much of authentic flavor. Maybe, producer has shift the flavor to fit to american style. On the other hand, presentation is great. The box is fancy. Overall, Don't ask about the taste when you give it to someone. you will gain extra point in their eyes.

Great gift items
Great gift items, not for cravings. They are mini sized moomcakes, that are very expense, though there are more expense ones sold in Hongkong... The yolk custard teste pretty good, with a little salty egg taste, but it is 5 dollars for 2 bits... The package is very gifty, come with a very nice gift bag.
