I just recieved my 13" Caboodles Train Case and...
I really like the case, I must say!I'm a thirteen year old girl, and the case fits all of my makeup pretty well...I have four eyeshadow palettes, inculding the Naked Basics palettes, which doesn't fit very well on top- I'm afraid its weight plus the weight of the other eyeshadow palettes I own could potentially break one of the trays- but fits incredibly well in the bottom. I also own over eight concealers, BB creams, primers, etc. and one huge bottle of liquid foundation which all together doesn't fit very well in the purple original Caboodle I once owned. In this case, all of this fits in one tray AND I still have room for lip products in the same tray. Wow!I'm hoping to expand my makeup collection this summer, and in my classic Caboodle which I believe is 10", I knew that I wouldn't have enough room to do so. I can tell already, within an hour of receiving the train case, I can absolutley fit every makeup product I plan to buy, with more room to expand left over, if need be.However, there are a few small cons.- THE SMELL when I recieved the product was just horrible. It smelled like paint fumes, rotten eggs, and cheap perfume all rolled up into one of those little tiny gel packets (the source of the smell obviously), which I found and threw out asap. Still, the smell remains. Oh well. Hopefully it'll go away, but if it doesn't, I'm not too worried.- YES, THE TRAYS ARE RICKETY- but that doesn't bother me very much, because as long as you pull them out slowly and pretty carefully, you should be fine.- OPENING THE CASE is kind of hard! As dumb (of me) as it may seem, for a couple of minutes, I couldn't figure out the right way to open it. I kind of had to force the case open, and I was afraid I might break it. That might cause some trouble later on, but hopefully not a lot.All in all, the Caboodles case is an inexpensive, good find for beginners and teenagers looking to store there makeup in an organized way. I definitley reccomend the product to anyone looking for a good way to store lots of makeup!

Caboodles Vavavoom Organizer
I got my organizer in the mail today and here are my immediate thoughts:The GoodLots of space to hold little containers of make up6 pull open trays (5.5 inch square and 1.5 inches deep. Bottom compartment area is 13 in wide and approx 4 inches deeplock and key functioxfunky patterned interior (fabric)simple black design with white stitching and silver colored hardwaredecent value for what you are gettingeasy portabilityThe Badthe mini trays seem a bit ricketythe fabric interior may cause problems if you need to clean itcase won't close properly if you overstuff compartments (my organizer is open on my dresser)takes a lot of space when all compartments are extendedlarge items will not fit easily in the bottom compartmentOverall:I just wanted a case to hold my make up and opted for something simple. If you have A LOT of make up (100 plus pieces)and are seeking something higher quality, I would look elsewhere. This case replaced a plastic Caboodles organizer I've had for years. That one was bursting at the seems when my make up was in it but it had a funky mirror and a special compartment for my eye/lip pencils which I liked. I don't plan on having to tote this anywhere so currently, the case is sitting on my dresser fully extended (it wouldn't close otherwise). Again, if you have a lot of makeup, you will have tremendous difficulty getting the thing to close properly. My many eyeshadow pots prevented it from closing fully and so I just left it as is. Also, keep in mind that each tray can only hold so many peices of make up. Because they are 5.5 inches, regular sized lip/eye pencils will not fit in them unless they are placed in diagonally. In any case, I think you can get creative with how you place the make up in the case and perhaps have some extra room as a result. In all, I am pleased with my purchase. The quality of the organizer is good for the price. I am concerned about how I will clean makeup spills when they occur because the interior is fabric.

Well worth the money
I was nervous about buying this because I didn't know if it would be too big or too small for my makeup but it works very well for the collection I have. I use each tray (six total, three on each side) for a different makeup product. It easily holds all my makeup and I have room for more. One tray can hold approx. twenty or twenty five eyeliners or six or seven mascaras or nine or ten lipsticks/lip glosses, just to give you an idea of storage capacity. I even keep two Mary Kay mineral foundation pots with the brush and a perfume wand in one drawer and it still closes. In the bottom I hold a large tray of eyeshadows and blushes I have, plus a bronzer pot, my eyelash curler, a blush brush, eye makeup remover, q-tips, cotton balls, and a few nail polish bottles as well. I have probably close to 150 separate makeup items and I still have room for more if I want them. The only downside I have seen is that I have a twenty month old baby and if he is around while I have the trays extended (I do my makeup at my coffee table for best light) he ALWAYS grabs the trays and pulls on them. He hasn't caused any damage yet but I am afraid he will break the bracket holding the trays to the case. Also, when the trays are fully extended they do take up quite a bit of room and you can't open the case without them being fully extended. So if you don't have a good four feet (or around there) to open this case then it won't work for you.All in all I am EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. I have used this case every single day for the last six months or so and haven't had any issues.
