Carob Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract, Organic Carob (Ceratonia Siliqua) Dried Raw Seed and Pods Glycerite Hawaii Pharm Natural Herbal Supplement 2 oz

I wound up ordering this product because it supposedly contains D-Chiro-Inositol, which is a specific form of inositol that helps with PCOS. I typically take another supplement that is labeled as D-Chiro-Inositol (85mg), however the manufacturer has repeated problems keeping it in stock, and I was running out, so I did my research and ordered this instead. Supposedly 3/4 of a dropper would give me the same amount of D-Chiro-Inositol as I had been taking previously. Well, not a month later, and I could tell this wasn't working. From ovulation on I had the telltale horrible pain that is multiple cysts not properly releasing eggs. Because the other manufacturer hadn't yet got my usual in stock, I did take this for a second month and experienced the same problems, unfortunately. I'm not sure what else this is good for, but it does not work well as a D-Chiro-Inositol supplement for PCOS. When my usual brand came back in stock I ordered a 6-month supply so my running out doesn't happen again!

I cannot have chocolate due to allergies, and was pleased with this product. I put one teaspoon of the carob extract in a mug of milk, stirred it, and put it in the microwave to heat. The result was one nice cup of chocolaty carob milk, not too sweet, not too bitter, just right.The taste is superb. Very chocolaty tasting; no "carob" after-taste. Tastes like supermarket chocolate syrup you would use as Sunday topping. This however, is "healthy" in that it is used as a sweetener. It has "digestive" & "fatigue" benefits when used. I will purchase again, if this is what needs to be done to put quality foods into my body.
