Overall, I really like the slim pasta brand and I'm really glad I stumbled upon them. I've ordered the lasagna and fettucine. However, when I ordered the Penne pasta, I got the rice instead and it is an item that is not eligible for return. I'm not a fan of rice and never have been so it's a lot of money wasted for me. The products themselves are not the problem. It's that I'm stuck with something I didn't order and can't return it. So, I'm still giving it a 4 star rating because like I said, I'm glad to have found a solution to my pasta cravings that I like.

Taste and consistency is what shirataki pasta is supposed to be like. Shirataki normally has a strong unpleasant smell that needs to be heated out of it. However, this one is palatable without any cooking. I like both with stronger-tasting items like fish and chili, milder-tasting ones like cottage cheese, or something in between like ground poppyseed and sweetener.

Good just notenough for the money

I enjoy shirataki noodles, I expected this to at least have better presentation. This just looks like a thick stick noodle. The taste and smell is like any other Shirataki. If you are not use to this then you will not like it.

I see alot of negative reviews for these noodles, I think I understand as it took me quite awhile to get used to konjac pasta. The smell from the bag is offputting if you are unfamiliar w/ this type of pasta and the texture is different than traditional pasta, however, after years of consuming shiratake type pasta, I now absolutely LOVE it! For very few calories I think you cannot beat substituting konjac pasta for regualar pasta. I NEVER eat traditonal pasta anymore. This penne was what I was looking for and it exceeded my expectations. If you purchase this type of pasta and are unfamiliar with konjac, do not expect traditonal pasta at all but once you understand this product and get used to it, it really is delicous! Will buy again and again!

This stuff has a texture that feels like you are chewing a tire. It also in always watery, no matter how much you drain them. Ruined my spaghetti. 2/10, would recommend seller, but not product.

Bought these for my inlaws that are on aa super low carb diet due to health reasons. Tried preparing both the way the package said and boiling them. They had no flavor and were absolutely to hard to eat. It was like chewing on a thick piece of rubber.

I mean I knew it wouldn’t taste like pasta, and I was ok with compromising. But wow this really was disgusting, even after rinsing and using a sauce/ salt/ pepper/ olive oil. So bad. Can’t even return the rest.
