Better quality than you think
We bought this set after not being able to get others on time. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pack, the foul balloons look great, the cake decorations are easy to put together and none of the balloons popped or had holes in!Surprised that I am the first to write a review in all honesty, not to mention the two year old loved the car banners.

The media could not be loaded. ย I am very disappointed I ordered this for my sons birthday, but only received the cake toppers and random pictures, no balloons or birthday banners
