Keyboard wear visible in under 30 days.
While the keyboard works flawlessly, is relatively silent, with comfortable keys, there are two things to be aware of. The first is that to make the keyboard light, it lost structural integrity. Meaning if you set something on it, or drop it onto something hard, you have a chance of cracking the plastic, in half even. This is proven if you hold it by one corner, you can bounce the keyboard, getting flex along it's length. The second issue I have is also related to durability, since I type a fair amount, but nothing like someone who works a full day at the computer. I have already put a polish on the space bar, along with how I am already rubbing smooth spots in other keys, I worry about how long the keyboard will survive, before keys break. The backspace, all the home row keys, along with most of the other letters all have also begun to lose the textured surface. My question would be why is the plastic so soft that it can be rubbed smooth in less than a month of use? I have been the owner of multiple prior keyboards from Logitech, with it taking over a year to show this level of wear on the keys on all prior keyboards This, to me, shows a serious decline in build quality, or quality control. But it is up to buyers to make their own decision, since the keys still function with no issues.

Sturdy, quality keyboard with full size keys and number pad
Solid keyboard. Connection was as easy as plugging in the USB connector and turning on the keyboard. Full size keys with great feedback and spring. I had the previous model and this is even better quality. This is my daily use keyboard so it gets a lot of use. Works fantastic, love the volume buttons to quickly mute when in meetings. Great keyboard!

Great option to make my Surface Pro more user-friendly
I am so angry at myself for not getting this sooner!! I love my Microsoft Surface Pro for many things, but writing papers, reflections, sermons, etc. is not one of them. Current seminary courses are writing intensive, and the small keyboard that comes with the Surface Pro is just not meant for this kind of purpose. The mouse touch pad is especially frustrating. I decided to try supplementing with a full-size keyboard for home use and found this option from Logitech. (One commenter states that keyboard they received is "fake" because the logo reads "Logi" instead of "Logitech" - does not account for fact that Logitech has updated logo. I have no doubt that the keyboard and mouse I received are authentic Logitech product.)Other commenters report that the mouse is small, but I don't think it's all that much smaller than my regular mouse at my office PC. I like the compact size because it makes it easier to transport. I intended this keyboard/mouse combo to be used solely at home and just use the Surface keyboard/touch pad on the go. But the mouse is easily slipped into my bag and makes everything work much smoother. The keyboard itself is smaller than my office PC keyboard, but I think that is just because my office keyboard is old. The keys are well-placed and quiet. I have no trouble typing with this keyboard, and it doesn't bother my husband in the next room. It was truly plug and play - no challenging set-up. One thing that I didn't expect but really loved is that batteries were included in the box, making this 100% "plug and play".Other commenters noted that the USB is hard to find, but in my case, I couldn't miss it. I originally opened the box from one end, but I couldn't get everything out without opening the other end, and that was where I found the USB clearly marked. I can't speak to longevity. I've been using the keyboard and mouse for about 3 weeks now with no problems. I do make sure to turn them off after each use. They keyboard switch is in an obvious enough place that it's hard to forget, and that reminds me to flip over the mouse and turn it off. On the occasions that I use the mouse without the keyboard (usually during Zoom classes), I don't always remember to turn it off, but I never forget when using the keyboard. My only negative is that I don't know what the special keys at the top of the keyboard do. I'm an instruction-manual kind of person, and I would really appreciate something that clearly says "press this key to do this". There is probably some assistance available somewhere that I just haven't had time to research yet.

Suitable for basic use
It is an OK ketboard. The keys are clunky and loud, but it does a good job. Stays connected to my Dell AIO. Battery life is very good so far. The flip down legs are fairly large and tip the keyboard up at a solid 2% angle, makes for easy use.It is definatly not a gaming keyboard!

Someone’s stealing the mouse!
This is not sold as a unit. I’ve receive two this week and the mouse is missing from them both! So I am returning both of them and going with a local vendor so that I will know I’m receiving the keyboard AND the mouse. I’ll look for the same product in-store because the keyboard was really nice and had a nice feel. But if I can’t find it locally, oh well.******Update later the same night***** I dropped off the two items at the local UPS and drove about 10 miles to get the last one in stock at a local Best Buy. I had the salesman open the box first thing, and BAM!! The mouse is the first thing that popped ou! Got it home, connected it, and it worked BEAUTIFULLY! So I’m changing my rating from one star to five stars.

Good keyboard/mouse for the price. (MK-270)
I bought this MK-270 keyboard/mouse from Amazon Warehouse in "Like New" condition. The keyboard/mouse were fine. The packaging was pretty beat up though. This is an excellent purchase for anyone looking to get a wireless keyboard and mouse on the cheap. If you are a heavy keyboard user, you might want to shell out a few extra bucks for a better keyboard with better switches.I've previously bought several of these keyboard combos and they've all been fine. They're not mechanical keyboards and they don't use the "unifying" USB dongle. If you want those things you'll have to dig a little deeper into your wallet. What you get is a nice wireless keyboard and mouse with excellent battery life, good range, and acceptable membrane key switches all at a great price. Keyboards and mice are all pretty much plug-n-play these days so you don't have to install any software to make this work on any computer with a USB plug. The last time I checked, the only thing usefulyou get with the Logitech software is a battery gauge in your taskbar. (Not really needed if the batteries last all year anyway.)Just remember to check the end flaps of the box for your USB dongle to make it work! ;)
