This freezer is working great. I've had it about 2 months and no problems. It's light (empty) and for what I'm using it for it is perfect. I bought it as an addition to my current small frig/freezer in my 5th wheel. It doesn't take up a ton of space but has plenty of room for my additional frozen items. I set it at max freeze and it is in the -10 to -15 degree range. It is very quiet. I also like the very light swish sound it gives out when you close the door. It actually sounds like it is sucking air out of the freezer. Very solid well made door. I can't say much about energy efficiency per say as I haven't noticed much increase in my electric bill. But I have quite a few electric leaches in my trailer. (TV's heaters, washer/dryer stereo etc. It doesn't seem to run very long when it does turn on.

The only 2 faults are #1 one of the level legs is broken, it was broken when delivered. #2 the temp gauge is located on the back of the unit. The freezer is functioning very well, although the unit is small it fits beautifully in the small space I have so is perfect for my needs. One of the features I like best is the 3 removable baskets. Thank you for a fine product!

Freezer works well but turned thermostat down all the way and it just barely gets down to zero fahrenheit.

It runs very quiet and not very often. It holds more than I thought it would. I wasn't sure on getting an upright but its much better. The baskets pull out and your not always sorting or digging through the food like with a chest freezer. I am ok with the control on the back. Set it once and forget it. Don't have to worry about kids or someone changing the setting. At least its not made in China !!!!!!!!!

I read the reviews on this and was a little unsure about buying it because of complaints of dents. Well mine came with a small dent on the side where no one will see it. I din't realize that it came with 3 drawers on the shelves. I love this feature. It is great and I have plenty of storage in the drawers. They have s stopper so they won't pull all the way out. It's quite and I have had it for over 6 months with no ice build up yet.It's small but that is what I needed for my apartment, good for a small family that just needs a little extra freezer space.

Bought this unit to serve as a secondary freezer since the one attaches to our refrigerator is fairly small. Unfortunately, this unit does not get cold enough to freeze foods or even keep frozen foods from thawing. We followed all the setup instructions but found that over the course of several days, the unit could not freeze a small amount of water, nor keep already frozen foods from thawing even at its coldest setting. I contacted Amazon about a replacement as maybe this individual unit was defective, but they informed me that the item was not returnable. They did issue a refund. I would avoid this unit.Update, thus unit stop producing cold within a week. At first, it was acting like a small refrigerator, cold but not freezing. We were trying to use it while we waited for a replacement to come in, but it eventually just stopped cooling altogether. Additionally, it is notable that it did not come with any manufacturer warrantee or contact information for the manufacturer at all. Definitely avoid!

As advertised and quick

Received this item damaged. The outer carton had an impact mark that matched up to the dent. The inner carton was much better, but still had an impact mark on the affected corner. The actual damage to the unit appears to have putty applied to the wound. There didn't seem to be any other visible damage except to the upper back left corner of the unit. I followed the instruction manual to set up the unit to see if it would work... It seems to be operating normally with no coolant leaks or any signs of air leaks from the damage or anywhere else. When setting it up I noted the right front adjustable plastic foot knob is stripped and doesn't hold it level - so I had to put a small rock underneath there to level it. It's been running (quietly) for 24 hrs now and it has frozen a few water bottles. Temperature probe has it at -3.5 degrees F and is set at 4 (1-6). I have a month to decide if it's worth keeping or sending it back for replacement or refund. It's definately not a pretty "new" unit by any stretch - but so far it works. I'll edit this review when we've decided to keep or return and adjust rating accordingly. We were disappointed that we paid a "new" price for a damaged item - but it does work.

works excellent. super quiet freezer; takes little space in my closet. great bang for my buck!

My biggest problem was if 1.2 cu ft would be big enough to fit my needs and the frozen stuff I buy. It is. And thus freezer is perfect. Stores enough stuff which I could possibly need at any time. I wasn't able to get a good judgement from online videos and decided to grab it during a FB deal.It's stores a small frozen pizza easily (I was worried that the storage dimensions wouldn't allow it). The instructions are quite clear and the freezer looks decent.

Bought this when the virus came out so we could stock up on items. The small size makes it easy to move about and install. The power cord is rather short so you need to locate it close to an outlet. Quiet operation and the baskets are a nice touch. Good value for the money.

The fridge arrived damaged and defective. I started a replacement ticket and I'm expected to package and return it at my cost. Unable to contact the seller. Not impressed.Well Koolatron Service / Kenmore stepped up and are shipping me a replacement. Their service and help has been great so I changed my rating to 5 stars.
