Trouble shooting
The product was delivered on 3 dec 2023. Return policy was valid upto 13-12-2023. However the product stopped working on 16-12-2023. After disconnecting the charger the red indicator light did not go off and is continuously glowing. Button functions are not working. Also not getting connected to PC. How to troubleshoot and rectify. Need help
