Cast Aluminum Utility Scoop, Round Bottom, ice scoop For Multi-Purpose Use, With Finger Groove Handle (12 oz.)

Bought 2 of these using one for ice maker tray in refrigerator. Dimensions clearly spelled out on sellers site but upon arrival handle was shorter than envisioned. Additionally prefer to keep scoop in the ice tray which causes aluminum handle to stay very cold. Solution epoxied a wooden handle treated with boat varnish to solve problem. First two pic are product as shipped 3rd is with modification and 4th is both with US dollar bill to scale. 4.5 stars if we were allowed fractions.

This works well. I am using it as an ice scooper in my automatic ice tray.

Bought two of these after I witnessed a party hostess using tongs to pick up one ice cube at a time and put in drink glass. These ice cubes weren't of the ice tray type, where one would fill a good portion of a drink glass. Since I was hosting the next party, I bought two. One to test out my concept (which panned out perfectly) and the other as a hostess gift.

It does its job.

These fit into your hand nicely, fit into bags nicely and easy to pour into smaller containers. Perfect
