I love hand painted items but there's too many mistakes with the color and paint... Once I took it out the box glitter was coming off everywhere. You can see the paint mistakes on the face and arms. I was also surprised it wasn't broken (a little chipping and some dents) because the inside packaging was so old and disintegrating. Getting a replacement, if it's not better the second time I'll get a refund. Otherwise I love everything else about it, especially the earrings and size (but would get a bigger one if available).
