The media could not be loaded. Good quality, it matches the price. Easy and fun setup. Comfortable and spacious seat and arm rest.Only con: My seat rises but I cannot figure out how to get it to go back down. Im not sure if it was something I setup wrong. But Pressing down on the petal (as it says in the product description above) is not working on my chair.UPDATE: after playing with the chair, I figured out how to make the seat go down. To go down you press down on the petal with your foot (as instructed) BUT keep your foot there and the chair will gradually go down. To go up, you light press your foot on the petal repeatedly and chair will go up with every pump. Hope this helps :)

Part is to big
The media could not be loaded. I got this product In December and to be honest I wish I can go e you a good reviews but I seem to be having problems it’s wobbly and I’ve tightened as much as I can and it’s still wobbly and it won’t lock I’m a little disappointed

Broken and Uncomfortable
Although the chair was easy to out together and assemble, the chair overall is hard and a piece broke off while winding the chair up to prep for a client.

Sturdy
Nice size, and comfy. Easy to assemble but it seems the lever to let the chair down is either stuck or doesn’t work because I cannot let the chair down.

This part is too big 😢am disappointed
The media could not be loaded. I like the material of the chair,just have problems with setting it up no manual and the pump is too big.
