Nose = Unblocked. Life = Better
Not even joking, this stuff is like magic in a tiny bottle - one spray and boom - nostrils wide open like garage doors. I can actually breathe again. Was walking around like a mouth-breathing zombie before this - doesn’t sting or smell weird either - just works fast and makes you feel human again. Super cheap too.

Incredible and efficient
I can understand why people get addicted to these as they are so very efficient. Be careful to only use for a week at a time

Breathe easy
Works well, unblocks my nose within a few minutes, just don't take too much or can become reliant on it like me as feel the need to use it every night before sleep , but definitely unlocks the nose very well

It really works but I've used this for years, and it's hard to stop.
I started using this as one of my medications I used to take blocked up my sinuses every night. It is really affective and better than the decongestant tablets. However, be careful as your nose becomes addicted to it after a couple of weeks or often less. When as soon as you stop, the rebound congestion is far worse than it ever was. It says not to use for more than a week on the box but it doesn't really give a proper explanation as to why, even on the leaflet. It was on the news lately that frequent continued use of nose sprays containing xylometazoline or oxymetazoline will cause rebound congestion and potentially damage the nasal passages.
