Pillowtop Queen Mattress Pad Cover Overfilled Fitted Mattress Topper with Cloud Down Alternative 8-21” Deep Pocket Hotel Luxury Collection

I don't know what the others got, that gave this high reviews, but this thin "pillow top" cover is not worth the charge, in my opinion. It did not come with any paperwork, like instructions, notice, etc.So, we did not have any idea that it did expand in height some more, which it did after a few days.It came in a vacuum packed plastic bag, crammed so tight in a now rounded small carboard box , that I had to carefully cut the box open, until it "exploded" under pressure.Guess the manufacturing company didn't want to waste 1 inch of carboard!What I was expecting, didn't come!If you're looking for real thickness, like we were, look elsewhere!!The polyester thickness, after it finally expanded was about 3/4", but you could push it flat with your pinky.It is a good looking mattress cover, but not liquid proof.

What I received is a very decent mattress pad, nothing more, and nothing less. I would be hard-pressed to describe this mattress pad as a pillow topper. It is not very "poofy" at all, but it is well sewn and deep enough to easily cover my old, firm Stearns and Foster mattress and, in addition, a LANGRIA 2" Plush Latex Mattress Topper with Removable Bamboo Fabric Zippered Cover, Medium Feel, which I purchased at the same time that I purchased this mattress pad. When combined with the mattress topper, I am very comfortable and happy with the results. Without the mattress topper, I don't think the mattress pad alone would have made much of a difference. I don't know if any other mattress pads exist that are truly pillowy; perhaps my expectations were not realistic.

I thought this would be a little more padded than it actually is. The picture makes it look fully, therefore I was disappointed that the padding pockets were not thick. I did keep the item, I just didn't want to go through the hassle of returning.

I used this mattress pad in my second bedroom. and I slept on it last night. The right amount of softness from this mattress pad seems making my back pain mitigated. I will need one more mattress pad shortly. Will consider to buy it again.

Save your money, it's no different than a regular mattress cover. I've had it for about 4 months now and it's flattened and blah! It never felt really thick, I should have gotten a mattress topper to make it more comfortable, not this.

Very happy with this Pillowtop Mattress Pad! Added a layer of comfort to a plain flat mattress. You know when a house guest mentions one weekend the bed is hard and the next asks if you got a new mattress it is doing exactly what you purchase it for --- comfort.

This mattress pad cover is awesome!! Perfect for the winter! Unlike the waterproof one I got from Macy's, this cover is breathable and soft and makes NO PLASTIC NOISE!!! Going to buy one for Mom as a xmas gift!!

So thin. Basically a thick sheet, or a reaaally thin comforter. Spend the extra to get a real one. Purchased this as a gift and was embarrassed when they opened it up and I realized how thin it was
