Shirakiku Noodle Soup Base (Udon)

Just a small amount enriches any soup base flavor. I use this for Pho soups as well as Japanese Udon soups. More subtle than top quality fish sauce, with a touch of sweet. Adds visible unami coat to soup broth. Never seen this product in my local Asian grocery, so I took a chance and am very pleased with results.
